Longoria says that the employee experience is what will make the biggest difference in attracting talent and keeping employees. She stated that creating a supportive environment that speaks to employees’ needs and their views about work is key to keeping them motivated, which will contribute to the company’s success.
Rodriguez said, “If your employees are treated well, if your culture is great, you will retain them, which means you will probably need to recruit less. However, when you do need to recruit, there will be a brand and your staff will promote the open positions and help with the recruitment process.”
